  • Course Information

    • The programme will provide a new talent pipeline for tech employers who have a need for tech practitioners in the field of Cybersecurity. It will provide cybersecurity apprentices with the theory and practical skills required to be employed as Cybersecurity specialists.
    • The Cybersecurity programme is designed for those who have recently completed second level education or mature learners who are seeking to retrain.


  • 1st Semester

    CompTIA Core Certifications

    In this 1st phase you'll complete the Core Certifications:

    • CompTIA IT Fundamentals+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+


  • IT-Fundamentals

    CompTIA ITF+ ITF+
     Exam Code: FC0-U61

      The new CompTIA IT Fundamentals exam focuses on the knowledge and skills required to identify and explain the basics of computing, IT infrastructure, software development, and database use. With this new version comes the addition of the + to further distinguish ourselves within the marketplace and represent CompTIA quality and standards.

  • Network+

    CompTIA Network+Net+
     Exam Code: N10-007

    • Critical security concepts to helping networking professionals work with security practitioners 
    • Key cloud computing best practices and typical service models
    • Coverage of newer hardware and virtualization techniques
    • Concepts to give individuals the combination of skills to keep the network resilient

  • Security+

    CompTIA Security+ Sec+
     Exam Code: N10-007

      CompTIA Security establishes the core knowledge required of any cybersecurity role and provides a springboard to intermediate-level cybersecurity jobs.
      Security+ incorporates best practices in hands-on troubleshooting, ensuring candidates have practical security problem-solving skills required to:

      • Assess the security posture of an enterprise environment and recommend and implement appropriate security solutions.
      • Monitor and secure hybrid environments, including cloud, mobile, and IoT.
      • Operate with an awareness of applicable laws and policies, including principles of governance, risk, and compliance.
      • Identify, analyse, and respond to security events and incidents

  • 2nd Semester

    CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst Certification

    In this 2nd phase you'll complete the CySA Certification

     Exam Code: CS0-002

      CompTIA CySA+ applies behavioural analytics to networks to improve the overall state of security through identifying and combating malware and advanced persistent threats (APTs). The exam will validate an IT professional’s ability to proactively defend and continuously improve the security of an organization. CySA+ will verify the successful candidate has the knowledge and skills required to:

      • Leverage intelligence and threat detection techniques
      • Analyze and interpret data
      • Identify and address vulnerabilities
      • Suggest preventative measures
      • Effectively respond to and recover from incidents

  • 3rd Semester

    CompTIA Pentest+ Certification

    In this 3rd phase you'll complete the Pentest+ Certification

    for cybersecurity professionals tasked with penetration testing and vulnerability management

     Exam Code: PT0-002

      The new PenTest+ (PT0-002) exam will launch October, 2021!

      • CompTIA PenTest+ assesses the most up-to-date penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment and management skills necessary to determine the resiliency of the network against attacks.
      • Successful candidates will have the intermediate skills required to customize assessment frameworks to effectively collaborate on and report findings.
      • Candidates will also have the best practices to communicate recommended strategies to improve the overall state of IT security.

  • 4th Semester

    Advanced Security Practitioner Certification

    In this 4th phase you'll complete the CASP+ Certification.

    The ideal certification for technical professionals who wish to remain immersed in technology,
    as opposed to strictly managing.

     Exam Code: CAS-004

      The CASP+ certification validates advanced-level competency in risk management, enterprise security operations and architecture, research and collaboration, and integration of enterprise security. The CASP+ exam covers the following:

      • Enterprise security domain expanded to include operations and architecture concepts, techniques and requirements
      • More emphasis on analysing risk through interpreting trend data and anticipating cyberdefense needs to meet business goals
      • Expanding security control topics to include mobile and small-form factor devices, as well as software vulnerability
      • Broader coverage of integrating cloud and virtualization technologies into a secure enterprise architecture
      • Inclusion of implementing cryptographic techniques, such as blockchain, cryptocurrency and mobile device encryption
